Evidence-based insights enable organizational alignment, data-informed decision-making, and transformation acceleration for physicians, processes, procedures, and performance (P4).
When physicians have confidence in the available relevant insights, they review for comparison against best practice benchmarks and internalize the opportunities for performance improvements.
P2I – Physician to physician insights empower the duplication or proliferation of best practices among clinical peers. Trusted and relevant insights accelerate the adaptation of physician-identified best practice procedures that trend toward minimizing unnecessary procedural variation, improving physician performance along with patient outcomes across the organization.
PI2 – Performance improvement indicators are an Administrator’s guide to variations in a given process, procedure, or performance. By identifying where deviations from identified best practice occurred, administrators can address non-clinical unnecessary variations to help guide deeper dives into focused incentive programs that encourage or promote performance improvements for clinical and administrative personnel.
