Summary of Position
This is a full-time remote role for a Regional Sales Director. The Regional Sales Director will be responsible for identifying and pursuing business development opportunities within a given territory, building strong prospective client relationships, developing and executing sales strategies, and achieving revenue growth targets. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of commercial success with SaaS-based products in the health care industry, with a particular emphasis on hospital-provider operations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Own regional revenue strategy and execution, driving sustainable growth across cardiovascular service lines through strategic business development and consultative selling.
- Serve as a senior advisor to health system executives, physicians, and operational leaders, aligning Biome’s analytics and performance improvement solutions with organizational priorities.
- Lead complex enterprise sales cycles from opportunity development through contract execution, including executive presentations, value articulation, and negotiation.
- Establish and execute regional go-to-market strategies in partnership with executive leadership, marketing, and product teams.
- Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline visibility, and performance reporting aligned with organizational revenue goals.
- Represent Biome Analytics as a market leader at industry conferences, executive forums, and strategic partner engagements.
- Strengthen long-term client partnerships by ensuring alignment between sales commitments, implementation success, and ongoing value delivery.
- Provide market intelligence and client insights to inform product strategy, positioning, and future growth initiatives.
- Operate with a high degree of autonomy, ownership, and executive presence while collaborating cross-functionally to advance company objectives.

Qualifications Required for Position
- Strong Sales and Business Development skills to identify and secure new opportunities and drive revenue growth
- Ideal candidate has prior experience selling IT solutions to the health care industry.
- Ideal candidate has experience in the cardiovascular subject matter area and/or hospital quality operations.
- Experience in Sales Operations and efficient management of sales processes to meet organizational goals
- Exceptional Customer Service skills to build trust and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated with a willingness to work independently and meet deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field (advanced degree preferred)
